„Back to Nuclear“
After 30 years of activity in the field of nuclear energy (sixties to eighties) with important responsibilities for many European nuclear power plants in particular in Switzerland and Finland we redirected 1995 the activities with our previous company „PROMA ENERGIE AG“ to decentral renewables (sun, wind, hydro and biomass). After a very successful development of this company the assets were sold to AXPO in 2006.
With the company „ARGOVIA ENERGIE AG“ our emphasis is now back to nuclear as we see a great need and many chances for our swiss nuclear nuclear power plants which are almost all located in the Canton of „AARGAU“. This is the reason for naming the company and for locating its seat in the town of Baden which has been and still is the epicenter for many technological developments and entrepreneurial undertakings in the energy sector.
